By using Clemind AUM you agree not to (a) violate applicable law, (b) attempt to extract proprietary weights or prompts, (c) use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate, (d) circumvent rate limits or billing, or (e) operate agents that violate the terms of third-party platforms they interact with.

The service is provided "as-is" during preview. Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
