Clemind AUM ("we", "us") collects only the information you submit (email, name, optional notes) and operational telemetry necessary to run the service. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prompts or content to train third-party models without explicit opt-in.

Data we store: waitlist submissions (Firestore), authenticated user identity (Firebase Auth), billing records (Stripe), call recordings (S3, opt-in only).

Sub-processors: AWS, Google Firebase, Google AI Studio (Gemini), Stripe, Amazon Connect.

Your rights: request access, correction, or deletion at privacy@clemindaum.com.
